Kids Holiday Club

Themed Holiday Clubs running from Monday 4th until Thursday 7th then Monday 11th until Thursday 14th August 2025, from 8.30am - 3.30pm. 

Eight funpacked days of crafting, games, sports and much more.

Each child will require a packed lunch and drinks bottle, 2 snacks for break times, sun cream, sun hat, sensible footwear and outer wear to cater for all weathers.

Please ensure your child is dressed approriately. 

£22.00 per head per day. (£1.00 per session online booking fee)

Age 5 - 11 years

Parent / Guardian will be required to fill out consent forms that will be email upon purchase.

Each day is a different theme, and we are running activities, games, and crafts around each theme every day, however we have not fully allocated the days as some days are weather permitting so we may need to adapt or swap the days.

Please see below the themes and brief outline of activities we will be doing and the theme we are currently looking at for that day. This is subject to change. The children are welcome to wear a costume relating to the theme day.

Monday 4th August - Getting to know you Day – crafts and activities on getting to know each other (making new friends) and getting to know more about The Piece Hall.

Tuesday 5th August - Pirate Day – Treasure Hunt all together then making treasure maps, Telescopes, and splitting into 2 teams to do a treasure hunt for the other team. Face Painting.

Wednesday 6th August - Science and Experiment Day – Slime making, Become mad scientists doing experiments. Salt dough fossils, Cress growing, etc…

Thursday 7th August - Beach Day – Rock painting, Sand art. Ice Cream/ lollies, Fruit Kebabs. Party Games, Glitter tattoos, face painting.

Monday 11th August - Library Day – Visit Library – Create your own stories, CYO hat and plate for Mad Hatter tea party. Decorate buns and biscuits for the Tea Party.

Tuesday 12th August - Recycling and Making Day – Junk modelling, Fabric painting, Make your own board game.

Wednesday 13th August - International Day – Around the World Crafts, Mosaics, Origami, Rain sticks, Learning dances and songs from other countries, etc…

Thursday 14th Augusts - Sports day – Design and make team name and banner/flag, Sports races, make your own medal. Reward ceremony so all children receive a medal. Mini Olympics of sports day games…. Lunch outdoors.
